As a key member of the Hotel Reporting & Insight team we see this role as crucial in the success of supporting our Amer region Finance Business Partners. Delivering key reports and insightful takes, working hand in hand with the team to support in both the Franchise and Managed estate. Everything we do must be worthwhile, timely and accurate and in support of the business.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who is committed with a natural ability to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment.

  • Finance or business-related education. Preferably working towards professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Preferably, experience as a finance analyst, incl. experience with operational planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, management reporting, scenario analysis and modelling skills, with preference for leisure and hospitality or similar single unit, multi-revenue stream operations.
  • Understanding of trading metrics and key drivers which impact operations revenue and cost.
  • Advanced user of Oracle, Essbase, reporting tools, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritise and to operate effectively in a fast moving, global environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and ability to connect and explain linkage between drivers and outputs.
  • Preferably, exposure to the culture and ways of working in the supported region(s).
