Description:

We are looking for a Full time, nursery-based Housekeeper to join our Bright Horizons Annandale St Nursery.
Our nursery is a 59 place setting located in Leith, Edinburgh, it is only a 10 minute walk from Waverley Station, with local bus routes nearby.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the Nursery a clean and safe environment for the children, staff and families
- Encourage and model behaviour, which is appropriate in a child environment, being professional at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of the children’s bathroom and nappy change areas throughout the day
- To carry out daily laundry duties as required
- To respond appropriately to issues requiring confidentiality, for example being aware of personal information regarding children
- Be prepared to help where needed, including undertaking of certain domestic tasks within the nursery e.g., supporting over mealtimes and cleaning of equipment
