    We’re The Parmar Collection, an exquisite group of award-winning stately wedding venues, multi-purpose event spaces, boutique hotels, contemporary restaurants and high-end takeaway food. Behind the scenes, we’re a family business, supported by a diverse and talented team, and we’re looking for a Housekeeper to join us at Winstanley House.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
  • Experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Must be physically fit, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting items as needed.
  • A valid UK driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE-

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a friendly manner.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
