HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

At CIM BUSINESS CENTRE we are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join our Team. CIM Business Centre is based within a lovely 19th Century Manor House with 80 bedrooms, 24 conference rooms and our Restaurant which seats 140. We are also home for The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Role: Permanent
Hours: 9am to 3pm – 5 days out of 7 each week
Salary: £11.70 per hour + an excellent range of benefits.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and/or public areas of the hotel
• Ensure bedroom items are replenished after every stay
• Help with packing laundry
• Report any issues found in bedrooms, corridors or public areas
• Greet guests as you see them around Moor Hall
• Participate in training and strive to be the best you can be in your role.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• Ideally, previous housekeeping experience however training will be provided
• A proactive approach and self-motivated as you will mainly work independently to meet targets
• Good people skills, greeting guests you see onsite
• You’ll be standards driven ensuring rooms are clean and tidy, ready of our guests to enjoy their stay
• To be a great team player, working collaboratively with your team
• To be reliable and security conscious, as you’ll have access to guest areas
