Description:

RAC Karri Valley Resort is located in the beautiful Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours’ drive from Perth and just a short drive from Pemberton town centre. The resort offers a range of accommodation to suit all travellers, including stunning lakeside rooms, forest chalets, and campsites.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring all rooms are spotlessly cleaned and maintained.

What will you be doing?

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and amenities blocks in accordance with Resort procedures
  • Cleaning and servicing hallways and public areas
  • Replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies
  • Planning of daily room requirements, linen and pre-arrival checks.
  • Ensuring all equipment is cleaned correctly, and storeroom and trolleys are kept neat working order.
  • Observing Park cleanliness of facilities.
  • Interacting with guests to enhance their experience

What are we looking for in you?

  • Minimum 6 months’ previous experience working in Housekeeping (hotel, resort, or commercial cleaning
  • Experience with cleaning equipment and products.
  • Driver’s License is essential
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility with hours; able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and Public Holidays.
