Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and administers Housekeeping Operations with a focus on maintaining ‘FIVE-Star’ Luxury Standards.
  • Conducts Regular Inspections of VIP rooms, ensuring they exude a stunning and glamorous atmosphere.
  • Upholds ‘FIVE-Styled’ Guest Service by employing FIVE’s Standard Operating Policies.
  • Takes charge of Training all Housekeeping ‘FIVERs,’ fostering a next-level approach to service and professionalism.
  • Demonstrates a Health and Safety-Conscious Approach, actively maintaining a Safe Work Environment.
  • Ensures accuracy in Regular Inventories and Losses Analysis, maintaining FIVE’s industry-leading Commitment to Excellence.
  • Crafts the Annual Linen Budget and Annual Uniform Budget, accounting for quantity inventory and linen losses.
  • Maximises hotel profitability by judiciously Managing Expenses, Labour, and Material Resources, embracing an efficient and minimum-waste approach to Operational Budget Preparation.
  • Liaises with External Contractors, Conducting Audits to ensure their services meet FIVE’s Sensational Expectations.
  • Maintains the Highest Standards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety throughout the Hotel.
  • Oversees the accurate, consistent and reliable implementation of Lost and Found Procedures.
  • Showcases a Highly Organised, Career-Oriented, and Result-Driven Approach with Flexibility in hours, assignments, and additional duties.
  • Manages FIVE Tribe Members with a focus on maintaining a Productive, Proactive Work Ethic, fostering an atmosphere conducive to Career Advancement.
  • Upholds high morale throughout the Department, identifying and removing barriers.
  • Demonstrates a Coaching Nature and Empathetic Leadership Approach, positively impacting ‘FIVER’ Satisfaction and the overall Guest Experience.
