Description:

We are are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. Ideally you would have been working in a similar role for at least 6 months, or have Housekeeping experience and have previously been a trainer or leader.
You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, checking and releasing rooms once they have been cleaned and training of new staff to ensure that our rooms meet our high standards. Working with the Room Division Manager you will build and develop a strong and effective team. Bring your keen eye for detail and great organisational, team leadership and time management skills to this role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous Supervisor or Team Leadership experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a customer focused team
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Availability to work all of December and January.
  • Experience working within a luxury hotel/resort environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a clear focus on quality and standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge and understanding of chemical handling
  • Experience with resort buggies and a current drivers licence
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
