Description:
STRATFORD
Elite Touch are working with their well established client who are now seeking an experienced Housing Caseworker or Solicitor to join our well-established clients Community Law Team. This dynamic team has expertise in all areas of social welfare law, including housing & debt, community care and mental health. The team has a particularly strong reputation for housing law and has brought a number of significant cases over the last 10-15 years. The are very proud to hold Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme contracts with the Legal Aid Agency in the County Courts at Edmonton and Romford and at the Stratford Housing Centre.
Successful applicants will have a sound knowledge of housing law and litigation and ideally will have experience of acting as a duty advisor under a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme. Experience of community care law is also desirable.
