Job description
PART TIME, 24.5 HOURS PER WEEK
If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to be a key member of our thriving housing team, we would welcome an application from you.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Independent Living Centres, Community Centres, and other buildings managed by the Housing Services, ensuring that those buildings meet all aspects of compliance, including health and safety checks, water safety checks, and testing of fire alarm equipment.
You will work closely with other teams within the Housing service and wider Council, and other key organisations to identify and resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer service.
You will ideally be well-versed in current best practice, have the ability to find innovative answers to a range of issues and have a strong track record of delivery.
