The primary function of the Housing & Facilities Lead is to be responsible for the management of the respective facilities, housing, services/supports sub functions, ensuring that capabilities and activities of the functions, and that the department activities align to and meet the strategic goals of the organisation.
The role requires demonstrated competence and excellence particularly in planning, organisational, communication, budget management, procurement, understanding of value for money and negotiation skills, as well as competence within all stages of the property development project management, related regulatory requirements, permits submissions and the effective management of processes from planning, to design through to delivery of housing, or
supports with thorough documentation and reporting involved.
