This is an exciting opportunity to work with those who are vulnerable and homeless, to ensure their safety and wellbeing in the community they live in.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible to ensure those housed by Maninplace across the borough of Telford and Wrekin, feel safe and are safe.
As part of this dedicated team, you will be part of the first response to out-of-hours emergencies working with your fellow employees to provide swift and appropriate action.
You may also play a part in responding to customer referrals made to the organisation, ensuring customers coming into Maninplace accommodation outside of normal working hours.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualifications at level GCSE or above in English, Maths.
• Experience of CCTV operation is desirable but not essential.
• Must be computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for all applicants
