Department: Community Development & Housing
Employment Type: Full Time (40hrs/wk.); Non-exempt
Reports to: VP of Community Development & Housing
Location: SE Portland
Compensation: $20 - $22 annual salary

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
- Associate’s degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
- Associate’s degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in an administrative support role strongly preferred.
- Customer service experience/background preferred.
- Knowledge, training or experience in landlord/tenant law and relationships preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
