Housing Systems Data Integrity Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Housing Department to influence the integrity of our housing data.
We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of housing management systems and the ability to find relevant data to amend the systems to meet the aims of our Key Information Management Strategy.

Specific duties to the role include:

• Data analysis of records to highlight records with data issues
• Sourcing data for correction of property and person records including making direct contact with tenants
• Data inputting and conversion onto the Housing Management Systems
• Provide occasional cover for the team inbox
• Assist in the development of the housing key information management policy
