Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, handling contracts, HR system setups, and induction.
- Provide vital support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation.
- Track and manage probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and deliver timely reports.
- Partner with our external payroll provider to manage monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits.
- Lead the management and enhancement of the LMS, developing training programs and assisting with user queries.
- Ensure timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts.
- Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and manage the SEE HR inbox effectively.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases preferred. Project management and presentation skills are a bonus.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
