Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, handling contracts, HR system setups, and induction.
  • Provide vital support to the HR Manager and European HR Director with data collation and documentation.
  • Track and manage probation periods, contract changes, and compliance with right-to-work regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and deliver timely reports.
  • Partner with our external payroll provider to manage monthly payroll data, covering starters, leavers, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Lead the management and enhancement of the LMS, developing training programs and assisting with user queries.
  • Ensure timely renewals and terminations for fixed-term contracts.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and manage the SEE HR inbox effectively.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in an HR administrative and Learning & Development role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with databases preferred. Project management and presentation skills are a bonus.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
