As an HR Admin and Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing various HR functions to support our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining HR systems, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling HR operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Organize, maintain, and renew employee records, contracts, and personal information for Philippines (PH) and Brazil (BR) employees.
  • Perform data entry to update HR systems with employee information, changes, and payroll details.
  • HR Systems Management:
  • Maintain and enhance the usage of Officevibe and Gracy.bot to support employee engagement and operational efficiency.
