JOB DESCRIPTION

Here in Italy, we are looking for a HR Admin & Payroll Intern, to support a team of over 80 people. You will work closely with the Junior HR Advisor and report to the Country Manager Italy.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in all HR administration, with a focus on contract management, physical and digital archive;
  • Support on payroll activities as required;
  • Support on compensation and benefits as required;
  • Support with the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues in Italy;
  • Support the Office Manager on tasks assigned;
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
  • A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills;
  • The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
  • Proactive, outside the box thinker and solution-oriented person;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and in English;
  • Experienced user of MS Office suite, HR systems and other collaboration tools.
