JOB DESCRIPTION
Here in Italy, we are looking for a HR Admin & Payroll Intern, to support a team of over 80 people. You will work closely with the Junior HR Advisor and report to the Country Manager Italy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist in all HR administration, with a focus on contract management, physical and digital archive;
- Support on payroll activities as required;
- Support on compensation and benefits as required;
- Support with the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues in Italy;
- Support the Office Manager on tasks assigned;
- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
- A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills;
- The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
- Proactive, outside the box thinker and solution-oriented person;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and in English;
- Experienced user of MS Office suite, HR systems and other collaboration tools.
