JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and handle all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) related matters such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, as well as coordinate and participate in MOM survey and data submissions to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
• Handle worker-related matters such as updating residential addresses through MOM OFWAS system, levy waivers, and medical examinations of new and renewed workers.
• Employee Payroll: Process employee payroll, calculate overtime, ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, and handle all payroll-related employee inquiries.
• Recruiting and Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and handle tax clearance IR21 for resigned employees.
• Handle insurance matters related to WICA claims, medical insurance claims, and liaising with insurance agents on any related matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well versed in employment & labour laws and regulations
