Description:
- Policy Development : Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.
- HR Management Support : Support the HR Manager in managing HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employer branding.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Onboarding & Orientation : Manage onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations : Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Attendance & Administration : Monitor attendance, manage leave administration, and verify timesheets.
- Employee Welfare : Administer claims, benefits, and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- HR Metrics & Insights : Track and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and employee satisfaction.
- HR Advisory : Provide HR guidance and support to management, department heads, and employees.
- Workplace Safety : Collaborate with ESG and safety consultants to maintain a safe and secure workplace.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with external vendors to ensure quality delivery of security services and adherence to company standards.
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, Employment Acts, and regulations.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Work Environment : Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Additional Advantage : Experience with RBA and security operations is a plus.
