WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMIN ASSISTANT AT 50 % WHO WILL HELP LOOKING AFTER THE RADISSON HOTEL & SUITES ZURICH.

The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich. The hotel offers 447 rooms and is as such the largest Hotel in the Kanton. It offers a mix of rooms and apartments, accommodating long stays and short city trips the likes. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes) right next to the TRAM stop of Glattpark in Opfikon.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Mothertongue German and business English
  • Has reasonable Computer skills
  • Organisational Talent

What are your duties?

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Administrative tasks concerning hiring and leaving employees
  • Payroll administration
  • Implementing procedures and policies around LGAV, Sickness Act, company regulations
  • Maintaining contact with external parties; Schools, Unia, RAV, etc.
  • Registering training courses
  • Informing and advising employees and department heads around HRrelated issues
  • Time registration administration
  • Setting up and executing HR projects focussed on Engagement, staff benefits etc.
  • General administrative and office tasks

Responsibilities:
