Description:

OFFICE ADMIN

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, and handling correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, quarterly season parking renewal.
  • Manage office equipment and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Be part of safety committee member.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of company events and activities.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min ITE in office skills / business admin or equivalent
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR background.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, HR, admin or similar role
