JOB SUMMARY

We seek a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our small and growing team as an HR/Admin Assistant. This role serves as the administrative backbone of our project management processes. This hybrid position combines administrative tasks with project management support. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage routine administrative duties while also contributing to the successful execution of our projects.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Residency in Gbagada, Lagos (occasional in-office work).

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conducting research to support project tasks.
  • Draft, update, and organize project documentation, including proposals, project plans, user stories, and backlogs.
  • HR Support: Coordinate and organize interviews.
  • Coordinate with team members to track milestone progress and update stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain meeting agendas, action items, and client follow-ups.
  • Providing support with project management tasks.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives through tasks such as social media content management.
  • Coordinate company events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors.
