ARE YOU LOOKING TO DEVELOP YOUR CAREER IN HR SERVICES? IF SO, WE¿D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU! WE ARE LOOKING FOR HR SERVICES ADMINISTRATORS TO JOIN OUR HIGH PERFORMING TEAM BASED IN THE CENTRE OF BIRMINGHAM.

Ideally you will have some HR experience, or you may be looking to start your career after studying an HR qualification. The HR Services Administrator is a varied and busy role where you will be dealing with HR Admin across the whole employee life cycle from offers and vetting through to processing leavers and everything in between. Due to the nature of our business you will also support with Occupational Health referrals and booking of periodic medicals.
You will be engaging with colleagues, trade union reps and managers and directors so you will need to be comfortable and confident in communicating with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology and data and who has great attention to detail as accuracy is a really important attribute for this role.
Ideally you will have experience in a busy HR team and be an all round generalist when it comes to HR Administration. This is an office based role as we like the team to work alongside each other to share information and learning.
We have two roles available, one permanent and one is a 12-18 month fixed term contract that could have the option to become permanent in the longer term.
