Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The HR Admin & Benefits Coordinator provides comprehensive support for CRMR’s HR operations and benefits administration. This role manages employee benefits programs while assisting with HR administration and compliance.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years experience in HR administration, benefits coordination, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience maintaining sensitive employee information confidentially
  • Collaborative team player who takes initiative on projects
