POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator & Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO. This dual role combines the responsibilities of managing HR administration across our global operations and providing executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, maintaining confidentiality, and driving organizational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar HR and/or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a global organization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attributes:
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
