Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Are you looking for an entry level HR role that will allow you to engage and support team members and learn a range of HR functions? If you have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality customer service, then we have an opportunity for you!
Delivering contract variations aligned to operational requirements and providing a vital link between the payroll and HR teams. Working as an integral part of within the HR team, you will support the successful talent acquisition and retention of high quality staff to fill vacancies in our Central Office and early childhood education and care services across NSW, VIC, the ACT and QLD.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development, distribute and record contract variations
  • Effectively manage essential documentation records
  • Achieve agreed key performance indicators
  • Collaborate, communicate and work effectively as a member of the team

To be successful for the role you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude and enjoy liaising with busy Centre Directors and Practice Managers
  • A collaborative team approach
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • A positive, resilient and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence desirabl
