Description:

Peak Ocean is looking for candidates with experience in HR generalist, focusing on recruitment, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HRD worker recruitment, onboarding, orientation and familiar with work pass application
  • In charge of worker work permit application, renewal and cancellation
  • Assist in interview arrangement, update interview status report
  • Arrange workers for training cources and medical check-up
  • Prepare new workers P files, and update of workers data in the HRIS system
  • Assist to arrange worker PPE requirement, conduct orientation
