Description:
Job Description:
- A minimum of 1 year of HR experience in Construction is required for this position.
- Full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, performance management, training & development administration, etc.
- Responsible for the recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, onboarding, etc
- Payroll processing for all employees (100-120 headcounts)
- Prepare the project cost
- CPF submission
- Update all staffs & workers MC Leave and Annual Leave
- Apply & renew BCA grade and other government authority licenses
- Prepare contract/letter for all staffs and workers, maintain proper documentation of employee records
- Work pass application/renewal/cancellation & appeal of foreign employees ie. WP/SP/EP
- Register and renew safety courses such as CSOC, WAH, PWCSO, Coretrade etc
- Arrange accommodation for foreign workers, liase with dormitory operator & update OFWAS
- Monitor and handle vehicle administration
- In charge of medical, WICA & General insurance claims
- Handle queries on HR policies and insurance policies
- Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mail
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to multi-task and have a sense of urgency
- Able to commerce work immediately/short of notice
