Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR/Admin Executive with a strong focus on recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and hiring the best talent, as well as a willingness to support other HR administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and retain top talent while maintaining smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract top talent
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company
Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and handling HR queries
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate and manage communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support HR/Admin projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR databases
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving
