JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.
Responsibilities - your mission

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Integrating trainees and temporary workers in the tools (Workday and SAP)
  • Integrating suspensions, modifications and terminations for trainees, and also extensions for temporary workers in the tools
  • Managing Workday administrative request rejections and all the mismatches
  • Checking and administering the interface between Workday and SAP
  • Extracting and processing payroll data for temporary employees
  • Sending data to all temporary employment agencies
  • Answering to requests received from the different stakeholders for trainees and temporary workers

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Mandatory fluency in French
  • Knowledge in Workday, SAP, Service Now & Google Suite (preferential)
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources (preferential)
  • Versatility to work with different technical tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
  • Results and detail-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
