JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.
Responsibilities - your mission
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Integrating hired trainees in the tool (Workday and SAP) with quality approach
- Managing Workday administrative request rejections
- Integrating CQPM (Certificat De Qualification Paritaire De La Métallurgie) and alternating trainees
- Extracting and integrating end of training periods in the tool
- Integrating hirings, extensions, modifications and terminations of temporary employees
- Checking and administering the interface between Workday and SAP
- Extracting and processing payroll data for temporary employees
- Sending data to all temporary employment agencies
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Mandatory fluency in French
- Previous experience working in Human Resources
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
- Results and detail-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
- Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
- Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
- Versatility to work with different technical tools
- Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite (preferential)
