THE POSITION
We are actively looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our team. As subject matter support on HR Operational topics, Payroll, personal data management and HR core systems. The HR Intern supports all HR functions in execution of operational transactions and processes, payroll and associates’ records management along the complete employee lifecycle and in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Liaise with Immigration Partner for all matters related to work permits, visas and cancellation.
Enter data and ensure data integrity within HR information systems and other required databases
Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and other employee perks
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture
Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR Advisor, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters
Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases
Stay up to date with UAE HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
