Description:
Our client is from Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Degree in Human Resources / Business Management, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of HR experience, with 6 years in HR Management level.
- Good understanding of HR practices and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily HR operations.
- Create systems to analyze job content and set work standards as required.
- Cultivate a positive work environment to promote effective communication and employee relations.
- Design and implement employee training programs to support continuous development.
- Develop processes for assessing and improving employee performance and competency across all levels.
- Provide administrative support to departments as required.
- Ensure the HR and administration functions are efficient and cost-effective.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies to meet business needs.
- Lead recruitment efforts for local and international operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and other regions.
- Manage employee compensation and maintain up-to-date salary data.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
