We are recruiting to fill the position below:
DESCRIPTION
- The HR/Admin Officer will play a crucial role in managing and supporting HR and administrative functions with a strong emphasis on HR outsourcing services. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a deep understanding of HR processes and outsourcing models.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a focus on HR outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
HR Outsourcing Management:
- Coordinate and manage relationships with HR outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement outsourcing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
- Monitor the performance of outsourcing partners and conduct regular assessments to ensure service quality and adherence to contractual obligations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and networking activities.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping, data entry, and maintaining employee files.
- Assist in the coordination of HR events and activities, such as training sessions and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
- Support managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs and assist in designing and delivering training programs.
