Description:

HR ADMIN

We are currently sourcing a HR Amin on behalf of our client based in Monaghan area. As HR Admin, you will be reporting directly to the HR Operations Manager and shall be instrumental in delivering administrative support on HR matters, ensuring that HR services and solutions effectively support the organization’s goals.

Position: Permanent, Full-time

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional level of administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Timely and accurate data management.
  • Strong Teamwork Skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; data analysis, reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily support to HR Generalists and the HR Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage correspondence, including sending interview confirmations, gathering feedback, and communicating next steps.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and current.
  • Assist with pre-employment checks such as background screenings, reference verification, and related processes.
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts to new hires.
  • Offer general administrative support to the HR team for recruitment-related tasks, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and managing inquiries.
