JOB DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will join the Airbus GBS Reward Operations Team supporting the Human Resources function.
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient support on Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Social Security and Benefits activities that belong to the Reward Operations area, as essential topics from Human Resources function (HR), on a high-quality level, leading with Labor Law and rules, Collective Agreements, as well Company requirements.

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Spanish - native level / English - conversational level.
  • Administrative work experience.
  • Human Resources/ Service Line experience (nice to have).
  • Time management and/or payroll knowledge (nice to have).
  • Spanish culture experience (nice to have).

Technical knowledge:

  • Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Valuable: Service Now, SAP-HCM and/or Workday.
  • Versatility to work with different technical tools.

Soft skills:

  • Empathy, patience and resilience.
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information.
  • Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system.
  • Enter data into SAP and Workday /manage requests to update employees’ personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions.
  • Respond to PA and Time related enquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Ensure the archiving of administrative documents. through various e-filing, Google Drive, and Workday processes.
  • Monitor RPA performance for existing applications.
