Description:

Our Comp & Ben Team is looking for an HR Admin Specialist to join them for a 2-year period (by the end of 2026).

Skills and knowledge:

  • University Degree;
  • 3 years working experiences in similar field;
  • Good knowledge on the working legislation, in force;
  • Experience in using HR systems (Smartree will be a plus);
  • Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work;
  • Adaptable to learn new process, concepts and skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Very good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organization and within multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the activities related to personnel administration according to the legal requirements and internal regulations, as well as support in the administrative activities within the human resources processes;
  • Ensures that all documents related to employment, change or termination of employment are complete and in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies and procedures;
  • Maintains data from the HR department database/HR Systems, according to changes transmitted by the HR team or company managers;
  • Works with a ticketing application (Service Now) in order to solve employees’ requests;
  • Issue certificates according to employees’ requests, inform and support the employees in matters related to the use of HR systems - MyStaff SelfService;
  • Provides assistance to employees and managers in matters related to the personnel management policies and procedures in force;
  • Coordinates the programming and implementation of the periodic control of occupational medicine in accordance with the related legislation and internal regulations;
  • Acts as a point of contact between the company and the providers approved for the provision of medical and occupational safety services, as well as with the related authorities;
  • Designs personnel management communications to be send to the employees;
  • Provide different types of reports in the business related to personnel administration management;
  • Provides support in the regular controls on personnel administration, by preparing the specific HR documents of the employees;
  • Prepares the HR documents (related to the personnel management part) requested during the audit process and keeps in touch with the auditor, providing him with the necessary information;
  • Provides organizational support for payroll, compensation and benefits, according to the requirements of the human resources team.

The monthly salary range for the HR Admin Specialist (2 years contract) role is between 6.700 - 11.600 lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
