Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for an HR Admin Specialist to join our HR team based in Bucharest. We are looking for a motivated, team-working, detail-oriented to be responsible for employee data management, invoicing and others HR processes.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

University graduate;
Young professional with similar experience would be a plus;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in English;
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite);
Experience with an HR system would be a plus (Workday would be preferred);
Team player, hard-working individual, attentive to details with a genuine desire to develop her/his skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all pre-Onboarding activities: pre-employment; update of the HR management system, delivery of documents etc);
Assure tracking of activities and compliance for new joiners and leavers of the organization;
End to end invoicing operations (hours reconciliation, PO and requisition management, updating internal trackers, providing necessary details to the vendor for them to issue the invoices, tracking and following up on invoice payments);
Monitor expiration dates/Renewal and prepare the relevant documents (Annex, extensions etc) for employees per the policies and requirements;
Following up with relevant parties and making sure that documents are signed and archived as per existing policies.
New joiners and leavers operations: (pre-joining requirements (notification to HC+IT etc), orientation in the first days, making sure necessary documents (NDA etc) that accompany these processes are completed and archived per the standard policies applicable;
Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data.
