Here at SSCL, we are on the lookout for a HR Administration Assistant to join our lively HR Operations team, supporting one of our high-profile Government Clients on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your focus will be on HR duties including transactional processes such as family leave, parental leave and answering telephone queries from internal employees!
We do have a hybrid working policy so with this in mind, it would be usual for you to be in the office in York 2 days a week and then working from home the rest of the week!
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Good level of numerical and written skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
- PC literate with experience of using Microsoft office applications
- Fantastic organisational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming queries in an efficient manner
- Log queries but raise when required to more experienced team members
- Verify target time and results with internal customers to schedule and prioritise workload and meeting their needs
- Maintain and update a range of records systems or databases to make sure records are accurate, complete, and current
