Responsibilities:

The HR Administration/Rostering Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:

  • Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for staff
  • Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
  • Ensure rosters for all employees are accurate and filled
  • Managing employee records and liaising with HR management
  • General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing.
  • General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility.
