Description:

This role ensures the process of hiring/on-boarding and administration of human resources in relation with the company: conclusion, execution, modification, suspension and termination of individual employment contracts in accordance with Romanian Law and the needs of the company.

It is important for us that our future colleague wil have:
-

University in economics / law / psychology / human resources (humanities);

  • Professional level knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
  • Certification as a human resources inspector;
  • 3 years+ experience in similar roles;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Previous experience in working with Colorful.hr platform and SAP SuccesFactors is an advantage;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work well under pressure and short deadlines;
  • Problem solving skills, action orientation and prioritization capacity;
  • Team work spirit;
  • Structured, well-organized, self-driven.

  • Provides support in pre-on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
  • Ensures the preparation and submission of the record register of employees;
  • Maintains the relationship with external HR service providers
  • Administers the electronic archive and the archive of former employees
  • Ensures the relationship with accredited state institutions on the line of labor relations (ITM, ANOFM, CASS, Pension House, etc.);
  • Prepares and issues various types of documents requested by employees regarding their work relationships with the company;
  • Prepares all the reports/statistics requested by the company’s management and other state institutions on the line of labor relations;
  • Manages the monthly closings with input for the payroll process - bonuses, medical leave check, support for completing time attendance
  • Administers employee benefits
  • Expat management
