Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. If you are passionate about supporting HR functions and enhancing employee experiences, we want to hear from you!
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department’s operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and maintaining a smooth HR workflow. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in helping us create a positive and efficient workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within human resources.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration by collecting and verifying employee information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a professional manner.
  • Help organize training and development programs, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
