Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department and help us achieve our goals in talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation and documentation
- Support the HR team with training and development initiatives
- Organize and maintain HR files and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings
