Description:

The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required and 2-years of experience in administrative support functions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Very Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the HR team and/or other assigned leadership staff. Including, but not limited to creating badges, status changes, maintaining/auditing employee files, and assisting with onboarding needs.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings for the Support Center staff.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for frequently asked HR/payroll questions.
  • Assists managers with screening resumes as needed.
  • Acts as the office support for the Support Center.
  • Answers and directs department phone calls.
  • Runs monthly reporting.
  • Assists with planning and executing special events such as office anniversaries, birthdays, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, office meetings, etc.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
