Looking for an exciting internship in a multinational company?
We are searching for an intern in Personnel Administration for our international HR Team based in Segrate (Milan).
You will be working closely with the HR Administrative Manager and you will support all the employees about administration matters such as ensuring proper contract handling, documentation, and payroll administration. Moreover, you will help to manage people’s administrative processes and payroll in order to ensure the best employee lifecycle experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Economy or Law or related fields
  • Able to apply accurately company policies, and comply with legal regulations and employment law in Italy
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and create solutions to solve problems
  • Team player who is able to build trusted relationships and deliver results respecting the deadline
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, and good time management
  • Strong communication skills with empathetic, patient, curious, and good listening characteristics
  • Skilled in using common Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Fluent in Italian (written and verbal) and English B2

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the HR administration in day-to-day tasks such as by managing time and attendance system and relative certifications, creating employment contracts, certificates, and documents
  • You will assist on-board and off-board employees and prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • You will support the HR Administrative Manager in order to ensure a streamlined monthly payroll process, execution, and compliance, data privacy
  • You will involve in the reconciliation of all payroll costs with finance and total cost analysis
  • You will participate in specific ad hoc projects (mainly in Benefits and Labor&Law matters)
  • You will be responsible for the entire process of the internship activation and management
