We are seeking for a contract staff which is detail-oriented and organized administrator to assist in the transitioning of employee records into our ERP system. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and accurate transfer of HR data for our offices within a few markets across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sort, file, and scan confidential employment records.
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail and ensure that all records are labeled in accordance with standard naming conventions.
  • Upload both physical and electronic records to company’s HRIS/ERP system (Workday).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple countries.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data migration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration or back end support roles will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management will be preferred, especially experience in Workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Could commit to a 3 months contract.
