The Laser Clinics Group are on the lookout for an HR Administrator on a 12-month contract, who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of GOOD. This role will be based at our centrally located office in North Sydney.

As the HR Administrator, you will form an integral part of our people team and will carry out HR administration activities across our markets in the disciplines of pay and conditions and employment relations. The role is focused on ensuring all HR administration and coordination tasks are completed in an efficient manner and with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Administer time and attendance, payroll, and HRIS platforms to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Prepare employment contracts and new starter packs
- Coordinate new starter onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate key HR programs such as annual performance reviews, KPI setting and salary reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Completing analysis and reports of key HR metrics
- Assist in designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Opportunity to work on exciting HR projects such as the future HRIS / ATS system
