Description:

Are you diligent, dedicated and looking for the opportunity to develop your HR skills?
By delivering effective, customer focused administrative support to the People team, you will help to ensure that the site is contractually and legally compliant. Using your keen eye for attention to detail and ability to accurately capture and input data, you will become an integral part of the People Team, helping to maintain its efficiency and provide high level employee focused support.

You will work toward specific HR KPI’s as set by your manager.

  • This post is working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
  • The rate of pay is £12.20 - £13.20 per hour, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:

As a HR Administrator here 2 Sisters Scunthorpe, you will:

  • Ensure all records are up to date
  • Administer and process HR records
  • Ensure all databases are up to date and accurate
  • Prepare and process all new starter and leavers paperwork
  • Send all internal and external job adverts
  • Maintain the T& A System; updating and entering data as required, including sickness
  • Complete the weekly/monthly HR KPI’s
  • Liaise with the HR Advisors on all changes to employee’s terms and conditions, holiday and sickness
  • Maintain contractual changes
  • Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date for all roles within the Company
  • Contribute to team projects as and when required
  • Input and advise on SMP and SPP
  • Complete reference requests
  • Process Self-Certification forms
