Responsibilities:
- Position Management - create, edit, close position as required throughout colleague lifecycle events. Adhere to headcount management process requirements, ensure accuracy of position details for downstream feed to recruiting system (Taleo), Finance, reporting, workplace and IT applications.
- Participate in position data audits, determine fixes needed, and complete data fixes as required in HR data systems (myHR).
- As organization structure changes, update myHR with changes and/or manually handle the kickouts occurring via an upload.
- New Hire/Job change/Termination:
- Review and ensure of data completeness and correctness (documentation, request submitted and position details).
- Process employment transaction in myHR system, with spotless data accuracy. Inform relevant parties of the change in a timely manner and complete any additional administrative tasks as necessary.
- Conduct timely and proper email communication with employee, manager and Business HR; track and up as necessary for signed documents or required actions.
- Ensure proper and timely HR document and system record administration for monthly payroll data reports accuracy.
- Administer HR Operations mailbox and tracker to ensure requests are handled within established SLAs, delegate to team members as applicable, and forward requests to appropriate parties.
- Conduct an effective and friendly communication with HR and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the review of operations processes and aid in the implementation of simplification initiatives.
- Active engagement towards data accuracy and timely completion of HR administrative transactions, both related to documentation and myHR, allowing precise and timely data reporting input.
- Participate in HR Technology initiatives related to system upgrades release, data audits, mass request uploads and system functionality improvements.
- Participate in myHR data related audits aiming at data correction and process standardization.
- Provide general administrative support or project help to HR Operations Teams as needed.
- Support HR Business Function initiatives
