REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong People Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates and Tigers colleagues at all levels

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities

  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland
  • Full driving license and means of transport
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

OVERALL DUTIES:

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates that are being offered role with Tigers Childcare
  • Coordination of candidates start dates and closely liaising with the required managers
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes
  • Managing Garda Vetting process for candidates and all Tigers colleagues
  • Supporting candidates in understanding of what documents they need to provide in line with the regulations and company policies
  • Ensuring candidates are fully compliant before they commence their employment with Tigers
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Generate HR reports and analyse data as needed
  • Support with contract documentations, contract amendments and payroll execution
  • Participate in development of HR processes and systems
  • Assist with training initiatives
  • Assist in developing benefit processes and administering them
  • Use of HR system to support managing payroll and colleagues’ benefits
  • Oversee the administration and perform HR audits where required
  • Work closely with HR team members on various tasks
  • Foster a positive employer-employee relations by building relationships with the teams and drive positive solutions
  • Support with employee relations matters, attend formal meetings
  • Take an active part in any ad hoc projects where required
  • Centre visits as/when required
