Location: Tigers Support Office, Suite 10, Plaza 256, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15
* Hybrid 2 days per week after probation *

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong People Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates and Tigers colleagues at all levels
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland
- Full driving license and means of transport
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
OVERALL DUTIES:
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates that are being offered role with Tigers Childcare
- Coordination of candidates start dates and closely liaising with the required managers
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes
- Managing Garda Vetting process for candidates and all Tigers colleagues
- Supporting candidates in understanding of what documents they need to provide in line with the regulations and company policies
- Ensuring candidates are fully compliant before they commence their employment with Tigers
- Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Generate HR reports and analyse data as needed
- Support with contract documentations, contract amendments and payroll execution
- Participate in development of HR processes and systems
- Assist with training initiatives
- Assist in developing benefit processes and administering them
- Use of HR system to support managing payroll and colleagues’ benefits
- Oversee the administration and perform HR audits where required
- Work closely with HR team members on various tasks
- Foster a positive employer-employee relations by building relationships with the teams and drive positive solutions
- Support with employee relations matters, attend formal meetings
- Take an active part in any ad hoc projects where required
- Centre visits as/when required
