Description:

Brandt is currently seeking a HR Administrator for our Regina, SK location.
Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the HR Administrator supports the Human Resources department and Recruitment functions. This position provides administrative support to the HR team by producing weekly/monthly reports on HR metrics; preparing or amending HR documents as necessary; and assisting the HR recruiting team with various projects. The ideal candidate will be an organized, strong communicator, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and previous Human Resources experience. A credential in Human Resources as well as a CPHR designation is considered an asset. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates proficient in the French language.

Required Experience

  • Certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management of related field
  • CPHR considered an asset
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administration support to relieve some of the workload from the HR Recruiters
  • Provide applicant customer service, help screening applicants, posting positions, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Provide input to the Recruitment Needs List
  • Help Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
  • Post positions and oversee updates to Brandt’s information on recruitment websites and various other media
  • Help the screening of applicants by reviewing resumes, assessing applicant suitability, conducting preliminary screening interviews, and routing resumes to hiring managers
  • As required, set up interviews, pre-interviews and references
  • Work with recruiters to help with offers of employment
  • Help administrate the Onboarding process with new employees in order for them to become fully integrated
  • Help administrate the monthly recruitment reports.
  • Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
  • Other duties as assigned
